netmorial lets people create online memorials (“netmorials”) and lets others visit them and add tributes, candles and photos. By using netmorial you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use netmorial, and old enough in your country to agree to these terms.

You sign in with a code sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address secure and for what happens on netmorials you manage.

You keep ownership of the words, photos and videos you add. By adding them, you give netmorial permission to store, display and share them on netmorial as part of the service.

Only add content you have the right to share. Please be respectful: don’t add anything unlawful, hateful, harassing, misleading or that violates someone else’s rights or privacy.

The admin of a netmorial can remove what others add to it. We may also remove content or accounts that break these terms.

netmorial is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and to protect what you share, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or discontinue features.

To the extent the law allows, netmorial is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the service.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use netmorial after a change means you accept the updated terms.
